Content
Each student is given a topic of a passed electoral module. The student presents the current state of research in a seminar lecture. The necessary literature research is conducted by the student independently. The seminar literature is also presented as a written report. Seminar lecture and/or written report can be worked out in English.

This module is a non compensable obligatory module. It is passed if

  1. the seminar lecture was passed
  2. the written report was passed
The marks of the seminar lecture and the written report both flow into the module mark each with 50%.

 

In case of not passing the seminar literature, usually four weeks after the first try, there will be the opportunity to retry the lecture. In case of failing the retry it is recommended a to participate in the course of the module again with a subsequent second retry. A not passed written report can be retried once, in case of failing the re-report it is recommended to attend the course of the module again with a subsequent second re-report. If the re-examination is not the passed the module is failed finally.
